Good morning my fellow nickel-n-dimers! It’s Sunday, the tempurature outside is so nice that I have opened the windows (at least until the rain comes) and I am ready for the day.
I wanted to remind you (in case you forgot), we were to change our clocks last night – spring forward. Like any of us need to lose an hour. Spring always messes me up. In about a month, I will have finally adjusted to the new time.
I am off to work on the Kroger matchups. KROGER CORed Plum….ARE YOU LISTENING? Our Kroger has officially been added to the stores that are no longer carrying the $0.99 Cottonelle. WE ARE NOT HAPPY ABOUT THIS!!!! This is a sad time in any couponer’s world.
BUT…I am VERY happy about this week’s sale. Make sure to check back for more details. I am just getting started and this one is going to take me some time (it’s a biggie)! Say it isn’t so!!!!! When you say “our” Kroger, do you mean the Walton Kroger or the Cincinnati area Krogers?
The cottonelle thing is upsetting… but for the past few weeks Kroger had angel soft 4pk onsale for under a dollar and the coupons for the angel soft 6 pk worked for those, making them free!
I just went to buy newspapers at Krogers and they were $1.75. Weren’t they just .99 at Krogers last week?
they stopped carrying the $.99 cottonelle at my kroger too. went in today with coupons for some free ones and just stood in the aisle dumbfounded. angel soft is $1.28 at my store and there are no coupons out of the 4-packs. who do we write to get the conttonelle back?
