My daughter and I enjoy our drive home together after school each day. This is her one-on-one time with me to tell me all about her day at school.

I have TWO wonderful tween daughters, and we like to dance around the kitchen to old 80s tunes. A wooden spoon makes a great microphone!

My daughter and I have a Girls Night Out we’ve done since she was four years old. Every Friday night, we go out to dinner and do something like go shopping, go to a movie or just hang out at home playing board games or watching movies (Girls Night In). It is something I hope she carries on when she has a daughter. We have bonded so much from it.

My daughter and I bond at the library. She is a certified bookworm and we spend hours looking at books, picking out our favorite ones and then head home to make a bowl of popcorn (the old fashioned way, no microwave) and climb into bed and read. I wouldn’t trade it for the world!
