YUP! It’s true!
I am heading to Kindergarten in Bowling Green Thursday and Friday! The picture above is where we will be spending our day!
My son and I were asked to join four (4) totally fabulous bloggers and their kindergartners for a day of fun and learning compliments of Kleenex and The Motherhood! If you know me, you know I LOVE hanging out and doing everything with my little guy so this is an extra special trip for me to be able to do it with my buddy!

We will be in class with one of the top rated Kindergarten teachers in the country and learning all about the importance of washing (AND DRYING) our hands, using tissues when we cough and sneeze and so much more. We will be participating in crafts, singing and the kids will even get to watch a video.
With back to school so close, this is a great time to remind our kids of the importance of germ control. What they learn now will last a lifetime!
My son was hoping other little boys were invited, but it looks like he will be the stud in a group of sweet little girls. When I broke the news to him, I thought he would be upset, but knowing that he will have other little boys on Friday (a few of the incoming students will be there too) made it all okay!
I will be dropping in via Facebook, Twitter and even this blog when possible and will be sure to update you on all the fun we had.

Have fun!! A great “break” for you, espec nice to share w/ your son.
Remember, they say everything we need to know we learned in Kindergarten! I do think we learned so many basic “sharing and caring” and everyday life skills there. We didn’t learn our money savings skills there, though!!
It was so great to meet you and your adorable little boy! I was the “lucky” mom to head home with the coveted Alvin and the Chipmunk CD. I know you are jealous! LOL
Hopefully we will meet up again at another blog event since we are practically neighbors.
