This weekend, we are wrapping up day two (the final day) of our yard sale with all kinds of great finds. 
We will have:

  • a motorized Jeep for children in the approx age range of 2-4
  • a child’s picnic table
  • boys clothes (most in like new condition) sizes 3mo – 4T ($1-2 each)
  • toys
  • baby items
  • great household items

Cross your fingers for us!  We are happy that the weather is going to be beautiful an hope for a great turnout.

Family Friendly Cincinnati

Do you have your weekend plans set?

It’s FRIDAY!  The long awaited end of the work week (for some at least) and a signal to let your hair down and spend the weekend doing whatever it is that you want!

This is also a great time to take advantage of two awesome sites here in the Greater Cincinnati area:

Friday is a great time to get your hands on some newly released 1/2 off deals with HALFPRICECINCY.COM.  New deals are released at 9am on Friday mornings, so head over and if you see something that catches your eye, make sure to act on it because some of these tend to go fast.

If the name does not say it all, this site is all things Family Friendly in and around Greater Cincinnati!  The team of ladies that have come together to bring you their tops picks, newest finds and coolest venues are nothing short of awesome.  If you are around the Queen City and looking for a way to spend your weekend or an idea for future fun, this is a great tool to have saved in your favs list!

Hope your Friday is off to a great start and you enjoy your weekend.  Looks like it’s going to be a soggy one (at least around here) so it might be a good one for getting any things you have been putting off around the house done.

Family Friendly Cincinnati

I know that if you are in the Greater Cincinnati area, you are really going to make an effort to hit the Christmas Crusade (RIGHT?)!  If you are still looking for something more to do though, I have the site for you!

Family Friendly Cincinnati

I am so excited to announce that I am now a contributor for Family Friendly Cincinnati!  You have not heard of this site?  Well, let me tell you about this awesome (soon to be added to your favs) site.

Family Friendly Cincinnati is a blog for all things FUN in the Greater Cincinnati area.

Co-Founders, Amy with Amy In Ohio, Shannan with Mommy Bits and Susan with Working Moms Against Guilt have built this awesome site and have since brought together some great talent to help deliver all things fun, tasty and new around the tri-state.

What I love about this site is that you can truly find a whole slew of things that you may not have known about otherwise.  If one of the great contributors visits a new diner, finds out about a great community project or a fun family friendly event, it’s posted so everyone else knows what is out there.

I have noticed that I am more apt to do all there is to do when traveling to a new area, but when I am here at home, I realize that there are so many venues left unexplored.  Why is that?  We have our favs, but there is so much more!  Now, I am so excited to have a home to find it all.
